Barnea and Manzanillo

This beautiful cold pressed oil is a blend of two olive varieties, Barnea and Manzanillo.  This years pressing has a strong aroma of a summer freshly mown lawn, with noted flavours of herbs and rocket.  It has a creamy texture and a lingering subtle peppery finish. 

This medium oil is recommended for use on salads and vegetables, specifically those with more flavour -such as broccoli, ripe tomato, new potatoes, and mixed green leaf salads.
