Shop Policies

When you purchase from Bellatinos online we will pick your products from our shelves (just as you would) and ship directly to you.
We don't hold large amounts of stock in a warehouse.  Therefore, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock.  
In this instance we will contact you via email and offer you options on a substitute item or inform you as to when we expect the item back in stock.

 

Domestic orders are shipped using Fastway Couriers.

International Orders are shipped using NZ Post airmail.  International orders are hard to estimate.  If the shipping is not close to the quote we will contact you with an exact price.

 

All items will be packaged in a way to ensure protection during shipping.

Items will be sent once payment has received, typically on the next business day.

If you have not received your domestic order within 10 working days please contact us.

If any damages occur during shipping the situation will need to be rectified individually,

 

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of the online shopping process, refunds cannot be given for change of mind, however if the buyer is not satisfied with their product they may exchange at their own shipping expense.

Refunds will be given if the item is defective for it's intended purpose, and for such situations shipping will be at Bellatinos expense. 

Any refunds or exchanges must be make within 7 days of purchase and must be returned and shipped in the condition they were sent and received.
